DIDENTA IMPLANTOLOGY ART SRL (the “Controller” / the “Clinic”), with registered office at Str. Padeșu nr. 8, bl. 5, sc. 2, et. 8, ap. 52, Sector 4, Bucharest, CUI 27295086, J40/7904/2010, operates the website www.didenta.ro and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Didenta Implantology Art clinics operate in Bucharest (Dorobanți and Drumul Taberei). For certain processing operations there may be joint controllers, where applicable.

3. Purpose of this policy

We explain what data we process via the Website, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, with whom we may share it and what rights you have.

4. Who it applies to

• Visitors — persons who access the Website;
• Users — persons who submit forms / requests via the Website;
• Patients / prospective patients — persons who request an appointment or information about medical services.

Use of the Website by persons under 18 without the consent of their legal representative is not permitted. We process minors’ data only in the context of medical services, with the consent of the legal representative where required by law.

5. What data we process and why

5.1 Accessing the Website

Possible technical data: IP address, pages visited, date/time, browser/OS type, referrer. Purposes: access, security, error remediation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and/or (b) (pre-contractual steps).

5.2 Contact / appointment / dental tourism forms

We may process: first name, last name, telephone, e-mail, preferred location/doctor, message, date/time, country/city, files submitted voluntarily (e.g. X-ray). Purpose: responding to requests and managing appointments. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b). If the message contains health data provided voluntarily: Art. 9(2)(h) (health services), to the extent applicable.

When submitting forms you are asked to confirm that you have read this Policy and, optionally, to give consent for commercial communications (channels: SMS, e-mail, telephone, post, social media).

5.3 Telephone / e-mail / post

We process the data you send us in order to respond. Call recording, if any, is carried out only with information/consent, as applicable.

5.4 Marketing

Commercial communications only on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time (including via “unsubscribe”, if available).

6. How long we keep the data

For as long as needed to fulfil the purposes and thereafter as required by law (e.g. financial-accounting obligations; medical archiving where applicable). Data from web forms is kept as long as necessary to resolve the request and for reasonable follow-up / evidence periods, then deleted or anonymised.

7. With whom we share the data

• processors (web hosting, IT maintenance, e-mail) — only on our instructions;
• authorities, where required by law;
• medical providers / laboratories, if necessary for the services requested;
• advisers (legal, tax, accounting), where applicable.

We do not sell personal data.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

If transfers to countries outside the EEA occur, we apply GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) and inform you where appropriate.

9. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal), the right not to be subject to a solely automated decision (to the extent applicable) and the right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro; Bd. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest).

10. Security and profiling

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. The data covered by this Policy is not subject to profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.
