The first visit to the dentist does not have to be stressful. At Didenta Implantology Art, we want you to know what to expect from the first contact — and, above all, to feel listened to and safe.
From booking to the treatment plan, every stage is designed so that your experience in the clinic is simple, transparent and efficient.

Book your visit
Appointments can be made by phone or online, directly from the website.
The day before, or on the morning of the consultation, you will receive a reminder with the time and clinic address.
To make the assessment as complete as possible, if you have dental X-rays taken in the last 6 months, please bring them with you.
If you are on a complex medication regimen, it helps to have a list of the medicines you take and how they are administered.

We meet you and understand your history
When you arrive at the clinic, you will complete the medical and dental form. This information helps us understand your overall health context and build a more precise assessment.
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the documents.
If you prefer to save time, the forms can be filled in digitally before the visit and sent to the clinic.
Your medical data are treated confidentially and protected under applicable law.

Consultation and diagnosis
The consultation lasts, on average, 30–60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case.
The assessment may be carried out by one or more specialist clinicians from the clinic when the clinical situation requires it.
For a complete picture, the examination may include:
- detailed clinical assessment
- intraoral and extraoral photographs
- radiological investigations when needed
- review of an OPG or CT investigations, depending on the case
We do not recommend investigations “as routine”. We choose only what is relevant for your diagnosis and treatment.

You understand the options before deciding
A good diagnosis is also one you understand.
After the assessment, the clinician will present the treatment options suited to your situation, together with the advantages, limits and implications of each solution.
You can ask any question. In fact, we encourage you to.
For us, communication is not a detail of the consultation — it is an essential part of treatment.

You receive a clear plan
Within a maximum of 48 hours, you will receive the treatment plan by email, together with:
recommended treatment · procedure stages · estimated costs
This way you have all the information you need to decide at your own pace, without pressure and without unclear costs.

Treatment starts here
Depending on your needs and available time, the first session may include:
the specialist consultation, emergency treatment — pain, bleeding, inflammation, a loose prosthetic restoration, etc. — or professional cleaning.
Professional cleaning is generally recommended every 6 months, depending on the clinician’s advice and your individual needs.
The duration of such a session is usually 30–60 minutes.
Treatment adapts to your life
The next session is arranged with you, according to your availability and the stages of the treatment plan.
If something comes up and you can no longer make the appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. That way we can offer the slot to another patient who needs treatment.
