Avoid blowing your nose forcefully and do not create pressure by sneezing with a closed mouth for the period your surgeon specifies.
Do not fly, dive or play wind instruments until cleared — pressure changes can disturb the sinus graft.
Sleep with your head elevated for the first nights. Use any prescribed nasal sprays or decongestants only as directed.
Expect facial swelling and possible light nosebleed spotting; heavy bleeding or foul discharge should be reported.
Stick to soft foods and avoid straws. Do not smoke. Take antibiotics and anti-inflammatories exactly as prescribed.
Attend all follow-up visits so graft healing and implant timing can be monitored safely.
