We do not apply a single solution to every patient. Premium endosseous implants in titanium or zirconia are chosen for bone quality, position in the arch and budget. Custom subperiosteal implants, designed and 3D-printed from a CBCT scan, are the answer for advanced atrophy where conventional implants can no longer be anchored, allowing fixed restorations without extensive grafting. Pterygoid implants anchor in deep bone in extreme upper-jaw atrophy, and mini-implants stabilise removable dentures where space is narrow.
Placement follows digital protocols: guided surgery through a 3D-printed template positions the implant to sub-millimetre accuracy without incisions; in favourable cases the tooth is extracted and the implant placed in the same session; and immediate loading protocols can carry a fixed provisional restoration within 24 hours. Where bone volume is insufficient, we use internal and external sinus lift, split ridge, the Khoury technique with autologous bone blocks, and — in extreme mandibular atrophy — repositioning of the inferior alveolar nerve.
