Sonic Weld (KLS Martin) – medical device used in oral surgery in cases of osteogenesis (bone addition, bone fracture immobilization). Because it combines the ultrasonic technology with resorbable materials (polylactic membranes and pins) it has the big advantage to eliminate the second surgery stage (elimination of un-resorbable materials utilized in osteogenesis).
